Named after Scotland's ancient and mysterious standing stones, Callanish is a Salt Lake City-based band that has kept the spirit of Celtic and Irish music alive for over 25 years. This seasoned group of five friends—John Adams on violin, Soren Green on guitars, Taylor Nyx on vocals, Ben Spigle on flutes and whistles, and Cindy Spigle on bodhrán—brings a unique blend of traditional Irish and Scottish tunes, original compositions, and non-traditional songs played with classic Celtic instruments.

Their music embodies both soulful tradition and high-energy fun, enriched by their shared journeys to Ireland and Scotland, including a visit to the storied Callanish Stones. With every performance, they capture the timeless essence of Celtic culture, creating a rowdy and heartwarming musical experience."
